So, this week after the hard un-screening day we had Monday I got back to the ship to find out I had a package. I knew my friend Jenn had sent one to me so I ran to pick it up. My friends Ali, and Suzanne and I were all hanging out in Ali's room so I got the package and ran it back to the room. It was pretty much like Christmas. We all sat around the box and were in awe as we pulled out all the goodies one at a time...including magnets, a shirt, tank tops, twizzlers, cookies, pictures, music/video cds, stationary, note cards, magazines, sticy notes, cards people at church had written and sent, gum, and jolly ranchers. Thanks SO much Jenn...it made my day...and everyone's day with whom I shared the goodies. Thanks for those who contributed notes and a few other things as well. I have been so blessed by the support here. Thanks also to Dave, mom, Kari for their amazing care packages and the letters I have recieved from some of you as well! I can't tell you how much that means to me!

I realize you are being politically correct by saying this was "the best care package ever" because of the sensitivity of Jenn but we both know the one that "Dave" sent was by far the best! But I understand your position as Jenn can tend to be a baby...your running only improved with "Dave"'s package...
Wow...do I detect a bit of jealousy because I schooled you in the care package department (please note that I said "care" and not to be confused like before)??? People only dream of constructing care packages as good as mine. Nice try though. Oh and did Lizzy put a picture of your care package for the world to see??? That's what I thought.

Ok now kids...no fighting. I thought about putting pictures of Dave's package on here but half the contents werent really appropriate. Ok..now everyone's gonna be wondering what the heck that was...you can ask for clarification. But Dave's package was more stuff I needed and Jenn's was more fun stuff. Both were equally GREAT to recieve. However...you 2 are more than welcome to start a contest and keep sending me packages and I'll judge...lol:) You guys BOTH rock...thanks!

liz, you cant reward someone (dave or jenn) when they utter useless words of hatred against each other... so at this time, i accept the award for the best care package you've received while being in Africa.
I'd like to thank God for this award... my family... and friends that have helped me through the past few years... my hi skhool and midle skhool englich teachers that tought me hou to rite so good...
